Maiaicha ships to the United States and United Kingdom. Fulfillment location depends on the destination and product.
Processing and transit time
Standard estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after your order is processed and dispatched. Additional processing time may apply before shipment. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier delays, weather, public holidays, customs and address issues may affect delivery.
Shipping costs and taxes
Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer and its conditions are displayed on the website or at checkout. Taxes, duties, customs fees and other charges are handled according to the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
Tracking your order

Address changes and delivery delays
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or dispatch begins. Contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery timeframe.
Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect your delivery. If damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact us. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
