This policy explains returns, refunds and cancellations for marine electronics purchased from Maiaicha.<\/p>
Email support@maiaicha.shop within 30 days of receiving your order to request an eligible return. Include your name, order number, purchase date, product and reason for return. For damage or defects, include photos or video of the product and packaging.<\/p>
For voluntary returns, products should be unused and in their original condition, with packaging where reasonably possible, proof of purchase, and all included accessories, manuals, cables and mounts. Do not ship a return until we provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.<\/p>
Where legally permitted, voluntary returns may be refused or refunds reduced for products permanently installed, substantially assembled, modified, damaged by misuse or improper installation, used beyond reasonable inspection, or returned with missing components. These conditions do not restrict rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.<\/p>
For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where permitted by law.
